New President Appointed

Omaha, NE—March 1, 2005—IMPERIAL SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, announced today the appointment of Thomas G. Blair III as President of Imperial Office Cleaning, the flagship business of Imperial Systems Incorporated. Mr. Blair, a Nebraska native, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) and a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) both from the University of Nebraska. With an extensive corporate background, he brings nearly 20 years of professional management experience to Imperial. Blair is married to wife Michelle, owner of a specialty painting business. Blair and his wife have four children.
